If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedule and accommodate other customers. b. If you fail to provide the required notice for your appointment without prior notification, a cancellation fee may apply. The cancellation fee amount will be determined based on the circumstances and may vary. Cancellation by the Service Provider a. In rare cases, we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or equipment failure. We will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible in such situations. b. If we cancel your appointment, we will work with you to reschedule it at a convenient time. We will not charge you any cancellation fees in this case. Refunds a. If you have made a payment for a car wash service and you cancel within the allowable notice period, we will refund the full amount paid. b. Refunds for cancellations made outside the allowable notice period or for no-shows without prior notification may be subject to deductions or cancellation fees as determined by our policy.
